Dodge-n-Burn

This script imitates the popular editing method of the same name, by lightening the darker areas and darkening the lighter ones.

The script is intended as a fully automatic effect. In the meantime, if you are not happy with the achieved result you can fine-tune it to your taste.

If the picture looks flat or if there are strong halos, open "Smart Filters" dialog, double-click the "Smart Filter 1", and adjust the image view with "Radius" slider.

Also, you can fade the effect by reducing opacity of "Dodge-n-Burn" layer (screenshot).
